The yo-yo dieting and drastic measures, including boot camps and insanity routines, or what your personal trainer latest idea to his claim to fame may be, are unrealistic, unsustainable  and producing  stress in your body. Stress produces cortisol; cortisol makes you gain weight. You are getting fatter, you may even be on your way to getting injured!

Relax, stay in the groove and continue your education. You’ve come a long way! If you have been following this system, you are now very proficient at training with weights, in a real gym, doing real weights! This more than 99% of your peers.
