DISCOVERY SESSION
This is preliminary session where we explore what is holding you back. We'll discuss your current fitness activities, what may or may not be working for you, injuries, posture, habits and lifestyle and help you set realistic goals, put in motion a plan for your success. If we are a good fit and decide to move forward with a custom program, we then schedule a 1-on-1 full makeover analysis.
