PROGRAM 2 UNIT 1
Follow the same steps as you did in learning program 1
- Check and test the equipment : Program-2 equipment list
- Watch the exercise routine video
- Study the special instruction sheet: Program-2-special-instructions
- Visualize the exercises, form and technique: Program 2 at-a-glance
- Go to the gym and practice first with low weight first
- Now you are ready to do it
- Write down your weight range on the exercise sheet provided
- Fill out the calendar
