Keep a calendar

It is time to start keeping track of your training frequency. As you know time flies and it is very important to track not only your programs weight but also when you train and how long it takes you to do each program. Also mark down the stress points in your week. We will discuss this more in detail later, when we begin the discussion on posture and muscular imbalances, or injury prevention, it will all start to make more sense, but for now, just pick up the habit, you’ll be grateful later.
