Feminine Body Design monthly support: Welcome

Welcome to our Feminine Body Design support group. We are honored you have chosen us to lead you towards the pain free life you desire and deserve and the body you dream of having.

If you have gone through the “Fast Track to a New You” 6 weeks coaching call, you are working-out at your maximum potential at the moment and you will continue with the same weight scale as you left off last month, while making some weight adjustment to increase strength, but also changing the repetition system to build more strength were needed and pump more blood into the muscles to start sculpting and defining.

If you have not gone through the Fast Track to a New You 6 weeks coaching calls, continue at your own pace, but do follow the new rep systems and  suggested weight increases. You will continue to make progress and increase your strength and well being.


In this upgrade, the weight and rep scale is modified to pump more blood into the muscle. This will begin to sculpt and lengthen the body through re positioning the body’s posture as it adapts to the new rhythm, preventing the undesired bulky look.  Whenever you change something in the environment or in your exercises, the body has to adapt to the stress and imposed demand that is put upon it. This is how you continue to move forward and make positive results towards your desired goals. Staying on track is a must, and is one’s responsibility to do so as everything is planned and designed carefully toward a specific outcome.

In one of my recent coaching calls, a student mentioned that she was approached by a personal trainer who suggested she joins a group class that incorporated weight lifting and aerobics. He swore of the added benefits she would gain by joining the class.

You may also have been approached by a personal trainer who is wanting to give their unsolicited advise or sign you up as a client. After all, in their eyes, you are the perfect candidate. I spoke about this in the “Before You Begin” section of the first program. The answer is: “Thank you for sharing, but I am ok. I already have coach” While I am not there physically with you at the gym to hold your hand, I am here with you leading you through very successful thought out plan of action.

You are on a system that has been developed and proven for over 50 years. There is a game plan behind every move, and every upgrades of the program to lead you towards greater strength, a balanced, lean sculpted physique, proper postural alignment and a pain free life. The programs are also designed towards strengthening the nervous system and enjoying emotional well-being.

Even though you may not see it quite yet, or you may not understand why and how this works, I know you already feel a difference, you just have to have faith that you will be led safely towards you goals.

Personal trainers do not teach this. So again don’t allow distractions to stir you away from your path. You will be able to begin incorporating other activities you enjoy soon enough, after you have build a stronger foundation. When the time comes, you will be able to do so minimizing the risk of injuring yourself and stalling your progress.

So lets move forward. Now I’d like you to pull out your original programs, as you will need them to make notes and set yourself up for this months upgrades.

YOU MUST KEEP A CALENDAR AND KEEP TRACK OF YOUR PROGRAM WEIGHT SCALE AS DESCRIBED IN YOUR ORIGINAL PROGRAMS. THIS IS THE ONLY WAY YOU WILL BE ABLE TO TRACK YOURSELF AND MOVE FORWARD.

The last program of each month, above each weight write the initials as followed:L / M / MC / C

L: Light

M: Moderate

MC: Moderate Challenging

C: Challenging
Keep a calendar by marking the days you have trained with a red rectangle on the right hand upper corner of the day, indicating which day you have done.
It is also helpful to mark down the stressed in your life or unusual circumstances. This will be beneficial for you as a reflection tool, it will be mandatory if you upgrade to the one -on-one monthly coaching calls. So you just as well get in the habit to doing it now.
