Deadlift 1-leg crossed Instructions

Use Smith Machine
Set the bar 2 inches below the knees
1 leg crossed in front of the other,
Keep the back foot flat on the ground
Bend forward at the waist
Flat back (do not round the back)
Lift the bar with the buttocks, (not the arms)
Do not lift the bar with your arm (no bending elbows lifting the bar)
Look up throughout the whole movement
