SOLIDIFYING YOUR FOUNDATION

The first upgrades to the programs are designed to solidify the work done so far and getting prepared to make another weight increase jump in the next month, while starting to pump more blood in the muscles, to begin toning and defining.

In these upgrades pay close attention to the number of repetitions. Use the weight range where you left of in the prior programs, and adjust the repetitions accordingly.
