HOW TO GAGE YOUR WEIGHT SCALE
Match the weight to the reps: You are supposed to be able to finish each exercise comfortably.
• If you cannot finish your set with the number of reps, the weight is too heavy.
• If you can do more than the number of reps, are too comfortable finishing your set, or it is too easy to finish your set, the weight is too light.
