Should you train to failure

Unless you are a aspiring bodybuilder wanting to compete, we do not recommend training to failure. While there is some truth in the concept of working to failure to encourage maximum muscular development, Dr Fitness USA’s programs are aiming towards sustainability, injury prevention or rehabilitation and looking to stay fit and healthy through the decades ahead.
