Start from in the up position
Bring the DB down like a hammer
After raising the DB up 2 inches in the hammer position, start turning the DB inward
Don’t bring the DB all the way up (stop short about 2 inches from the shoulder)
Keep constant tension
This movement is supposed to be done slowly and focused
