1-Arm Bent Over Side Raise
INSTRUCTIONS
D.B.1-Arm Bent Over Side Raise
- Hold onto the side of a bench with opposite arm to movement
- Bent Over at the waste
- Bend knees
- Medium foot stance
- The arm is slightly bent and forward throughout the exercise
- Initiate the movement with the elbow
- Palm of the hand is facing back
- Dumbbell is pointing up
